INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 large eggplants

  • 2 cups of tomato sauce

  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese

  • 1 egg, ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste 

  • fresh cropped to taste.
