INGREDIENTS (For 6 Poblano Peppers)

Filling

  • 1 pound of ground beef or pork

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • ½ cup of raisins

  • ½ cup of chopped almonds and walnuts

Sauce

  • 1 cup of walnuts

  • 1 cup of milk

  • ½ cup of fresh cheese or cream

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • Salt
